AI software studio · Leeds
We build the AI tools your business is missing.
Small tools that do one job properly, using AI for the parts that used to need a person. Tell us what is eating the time, or just which systems you use, and we will work out what to build.
Fixed price agreed before we start. Nothing gets built until you approve the scope.
The problem
You already know what this costs you.
Most businesses we speak to run on tools that were never meant to work together, held together by one person who knows where everything is.
Someone re-types everything
The same numbers going into three systems by hand, every week, because none of them talk.
Jobs nobody gets round to
The posting, the chasing, the following up. Always important, never urgent, never done.
Things fall through
An enquiry lands in a shared inbox on a Friday and nobody sees it until Tuesday.
How we use it
We will always tell you which part is the AI.
Everyone says AI-powered and almost nobody says where it actually sits. Here is how we use it, on every tool we build.
Your systems
Xero · Gmail
The AI
reads · writes
matches · judges
The only automated part
You approve
then it goes out
It reads, writes, matches and judges
The jobs that used to need a person and could never be done with rules. Reading an enquiry and working out what it is. Writing in your voice. Deciding which of your pages a post should link to.
A person approves anything that leaves the building
Nothing we build publishes, sends or replies on its own. That is a deliberate limit in every one of them, not a feature we have not got round to.
We tell you which part is which
Every tool page has a section naming exactly what the AI does and what it never gets to do. Naming the limit is what makes the rest believable.
Sometimes we use less of it on purpose
Chasing an unpaid invoice rewards predictability over cleverness. Where plain rules do the job better, we use rules, and we say so.
Examples
AI tools that do one job properly.
These are the kinds of thing we build, not a menu to pick from. Each one is a fixed scope at a fixed price, and each one keeps running after we hand it over.
Auto-poster
AI writes and schedules your social posts from your own documents, using your own photos, linking to your own pages. Nothing publishes until you approve it.
See what it does
Invoice chaser
Watches Xero for what is overdue and writes each reminder to fit how late it is. Chases on the schedule you set, and shuts up the moment they pay.
See what it does
Quote builder
AI turns the notes you took on site into a branded quote, and it lands in Xero without anyone re-typing it.
See what it does
Lead catcher
AI reads each enquiry, works out who they actually are, and gets it to the right person instead of dying in a shared inbox.
See what it does
Blog writer
AI researches and writes posts about what you actually do, linked to your own pages and out to real sources. One good one a fortnight, not forty a day.
See what it does
Inbox organiser
AI reads what lands in a shared inbox, sends each message to the right person, and flags anything sitting too long.

Not on the list
Most of what we build isn't.
We build custom AI software. You do not need to arrive with a specification. Tell us which systems you already use and what is taking the time, and we will work out what to build. Usually that means wiring what you have to AI that can read and write, so the job happens without you. If we cannot help, we will say so on the call rather than three weeks into a project.

How it works
Three steps, no theatre.
A meeting
At your place if you are near Leeds, online if that is easier. You tell us what is eating the time and which systems you use.
We write it down, you approve it
One page: what it will do, what it will not do, one price and a date. Nothing gets built until you have said yes to it.
Built and kept running
We build it, connect it to your systems and hand it over working. Then we host it, watch it and fix it when something upstream changes.
Who you are dealing with
Two people. You will speak to both.
Sam builds everything. Fifteen years ago this work would have taken a team of five and six months. AI is the reason it does not any more, and that is the only reason a business your size can afford a tool built specifically for it.
Richard runs the commercial side. Thirty years building and growing businesses, and he is the one who will tell you honestly when something is not worth doing.
We are based in Leeds and work with businesses across Yorkshire and beyond. Close enough to come out and see you, which is usually how we start. Small enough that you get the person who built your tool on the phone, rather than an account manager reading from a ticket.
There are two of us, so we only take on what we can finish properly. That is the whole reason we are careful about who we work with.
Next step
Twenty minutes, no obligation.
Tell us what is taking the time. If we can fix it, we will say what it costs. If we cannot, we will say that too.
